Have You Ever...

Experienced a big delay and as a result missed a connection? Had lost or damaged luggage and received no or very little compensation? Been stranded at the airport for a long time and didn't receive compensation? Been discriminated against or mistreated by airline staff? Been ignored or abused due to irresponsible airline staff behavior? Been "bumped" off a flight even when you didn't volunteer & received nothing for it? Been troubled by the airlines in any way and not gotten compensated for it?

If you said YES to any of the above and have a claim or complaint against the airline company you travelled

YOU MUST READ THIS CAREFULLY!

I am agree with you.You have done an great job.. Such an informative and well formed post!Thank you for sharing that, it was wonderful of you. Thanks for the nice collection of this posts.!!!This is really good information....
Air travelers who have been wronged may find that there's nothing more intimidating than seeking legal action against an airline or how to sue an airline. From the smaller inconveniences of flight delays and lost luggage to the overwhelming tragedies of personal injury and loss of life, a traveler or family must pit themselves against a seemingly faceless conglomerate. By knowing how to initiate the legal process, many consumers have found a resolution when suing an airline.
If you are a frequent flier, and even if you're not, I'm sure you've had your share of frustrations with the airlines, their staff and crew. They've lost your luggage, they dropped you from their list of passengers, left you in the airport overnight until they fixed the plane, without putting you in a hotel for the night, these are all things that did happen to most of us, one time or another. And in itself, this is not so bad. I mean accidents happen, mishaps do happen, but what should NOT happen is NOT being reimbursed for these by the airline!
Good luck!
